Billing & Subscriptions
Everything you need to know about plans, payments, and managing your subscription.
Free Trial
UpLogic offers a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won’t be charged during the trial period. On day 8, your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription on the plan you selected.
Each customer is limited to one free trial.
Subscription Plans
UpLogic offers several plans to fit different team sizes and monitoring needs. Visit the pricing page for current plans and pricing.
Monthly vs Annual Billing
When subscribing, you can choose between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing offers a discount compared to paying month-to-month. You can toggle between billing periods when selecting or changing your plan.
Upgrading or Changing Plans
You can change your plan at any time from the Account page. When you select a new plan, you’ll see a proration preview showing exactly what you’ll be charged or credited before you confirm the change. Plan changes are charged immediately.
Managing Billing
UpLogic uses Stripe to handle all billing. From the Account page, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Update your billing address
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, select Manage Billing from the Account page and select Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your monitoring continues to run until then.
After your billing period ends, your account enters a paused state. See Account Management for details on what happens when your account is paused and how to resubscribe.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails, your monitoring is paused immediately. A banner will appear in the app letting you know there’s a payment issue. Once you update your payment method and the payment succeeds, monitoring resumes automatically.
You can update your payment method through the Stripe customer portal (click Manage Billing on the Account page).
Resubscribing
If you’ve cancelled or your subscription has ended, you can subscribe again at any time from the Account page. Select a plan and billing period, and your monitoring will resume once payment is processed.
