Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when the beta period ends?
If you sign up during the beta, you'll be grandfathered into your current plan at the beta pricing. We'll give you plenty of notice before any pricing changes, and you'll have the option to lock in your rate.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We're working on adding PayPal and other payment options soon.
Can I add more team members to my plan?
Yes, our Pro or Business plan support adding team members.
What monitoring locations do you support?
Currently, we monitor from US East and US West. We're actively working on adding more global locations.
