Password Reset

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page:

  1. Click Forgot Password
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password

Account Lockout

To protect your account, UpLogic locks accounts after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. When locked out:

  • You’ll see a message indicating your account is temporarily locked
  • The lockout lasts 15 minutes and then unlocks automatically
  • You can also unlock your account immediately by resetting your password

Account Paused State

When your account is paused, all monitoring is stopped — your monitors will not run checks or send notifications.

What Causes a Paused Account

Your account can be paused for two reasons:

  • Payment failure — A charge to your payment method was declined or failed
  • Cancellation — Your subscription ended after you cancelled

How to Resolve

  • Payment failure — Update your payment method through the Stripe customer portal (click Manage Billing on the Account page). Once the payment succeeds, monitoring resumes automatically.
  • Cancellation — Subscribe to a new plan from the Account page. See Billing & Subscriptions for details on resubscribing.
